The Challenge
Ohana Real Estate Investors was looking to create a unique, memorable event to thank its top owners and promote the launch of one of its newest real estate endeavors.
The Idea
Knowing that this elite audience appreciates memorable experiences that they can’t get anywhere else, we conceived and executed an inaugural Poker Tournament at eBay Founder Pierre Omidyar’s 80,000-square-foot estate in Henderson, Nevada, to benefit 100 UHNW Montage Residence owners and their closest friends.
We organized the tournament and culinary experience—guests played, while celebrity chef Scott Conant provided a cooking demonstration and four-course seated dinner, paired elegantly with Dom Pérignon. We partnered with several strategic luxury brands—such as Brioni, Audemars Piguet, Graff Diamonds and Chloe—to elevate the event experience with branded pop-up shops and an impromptu fashion show throughout the home. To top the incredible evening off, we surprised attendees with a guest performance by John Legend.
The Results
Ohana Real Estate Investors provided a compelling annual experience for its top 100 owners, while selling several residences at its new properties in Hawaii and Los Cabos.
