We’re delighted to be working once again with our friend Andrew Farkas, who recently acquired the extraordinary Hedley Studios brand. Hedley Studios is the world’s only authorized creator of officially licensed, precision-scale models of iconic racecars from Ferrari, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, and more. These limited-edition, drivable art pieces are handcrafted with electric propulsion and modern innovations, offering a unique fusion of automotive engineering and luxury craftsmanship. Each vehicle is signed by the artist and features a chassis plate from the original automaker. Hedley’s exceptional offerings are redefining the luxury car market, and we’re excited for our family members to experience these extraordinary works of art.
We had the privilege of working closely with Andrew and his Island Global Yachting team as we developed their Trident program for their mega yacht owners. With Hedley, we hope to leverage and facilitate partnerships with our extraordinary platforms of wealth in many trusted verticals.
Additionally, I’m thrilled to join the ownership group with my dear friend and colleague of thirty plus years, Scott Forbes, Chairman of the Painswick Group that just acquired the majority stake of the historic Hampton & Richmond Borough Football Club, founded in 1921. With 100 year legacy, the “Beavers” are a storied club and a true gem that shares the same geographic connection with Apple TV’s Ted Lasso in the Borough of Richmond, England. The Beavers compete in the league below Wrexham FC when they started their meteoric rise towards top flight prominence. Watch this space as we look forward to supporting the club’s growth and introducing many of our families of brands to their dedicated fanbase at their iconic home, Beveree Stadium as well as their increasingly global following.

Flexjet Celebrates 30 Years With Big Moves And Sky-High Ambitions
For over 30 years, Flexjet has been soaring to new heights. Originally founded in 1995 as part of Bombardier Aerospace, the company has steadily evolved into a global leader in private aviation. Now owned by Directional Aviation, Flexjet is the second-largest operator of private jets worldwide. The company is known for its fractional ownership model, where “Owners” can enjoy the benefits of jet ownership without the hefty upfront cost. Instead, owners enter an Access Program, which allows them to purchase a share of a jet and pay a structured monthly fee. For about $1.6 million in equity and a monthly fee of around $24,000 for the Praetor aircraft, owners get 50 hours of flight time and the freedom to fly on their own terms. Building a Pediatric Hospital in Ukraine – Sunflower Network’s Final Push
Founded in March 2022, Sunflower Network has delivered over $4.5M in lifesaving humanitarian aid to Ukrainians in need. Now, through partnerships with Pelli Clarke & Partners, Northwell Health, CannonDesign, and The Clinton Foundation, Sunflower Network is making a significant contribution to Ukraine’s recovery. In response to Ukraine’s urgent healthcare needs, Sunflower Network and its global coalition are driving real, tangible impact by building a pediatric hospital in a secure region in Western Ukraine using prefabricated modular technology. This facility will provide critical care for children while serving as a scalable model for rebuilding Ukraine’s healthcare infrastructure.
