We’re delighted to welcome Caviar Russe to our family of brands. Caviar Russe is among the finest caviar brands in the world. All their caviar is sourced from their exclusive farm in Germany. Today, they’re one of the largest distributors of caviar in the US with extensive relationships in the hospitality industry, cruise ships, and traditional retail, i.e. Whole Foods. Their Michelin star Caviar Russe restaurant in NYC is probably my favorite restaurant in NYC. They also have a location in the Four Seasons Miami. Under Featured Work this quarter, we’re especially proud of the launch of IGY Trident. For the past two years we’ve worked side by side with the IGY leadership to launch what we believe is the “Augusta for superyacht owners” globally. We believe this new membership program will disrupt and permanently transform the superyacht community.
Lastly, we’re thrilled to feature the news regarding Human Longevity, Inc. and Freedom Acquisition Corp. We’ve had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Craig Venter from nearly the inception of HLI, and especially proud to be a close advisor and board member to Dr. Wei Wu He, HLI Chairman & CEO. HUMAN LONGEVITY INC. AND FREEDOM ACQUISITION 1 ANNOUNCE THEIR INTENTION TO COMBINE
Human Longevity, Inc. (HLI), built by the pioneers of the human genome sequencing effort, and Freedom Acquisition I Corporation (Freedom, NYSE: FACT), a publicly traded special acquisition company, announced that they have signed a non-binding letter of intent for a proposed business combination that would result in HLI becoming a publicly listed company. Upon the closing of the transaction, the combined company would be expected to remain listed on the New York Stock Exchange under a new ticker symbol. There can be no assurance that a definitive agreement will be entered into or that the proposed transaction will be consummated. (Read More)

AMAZON CONSUMER CHIEF DAVE CLARK TO JOIN FLEXPORT AS ITS NEW CEO
Supply chain software start-up Flexport has tapped Dave Clark, Amazon’s worldwide consumer chief, to serve as its new CEO. Clark will take the helm at Flexport on September 1. Flexport founder and CEO Ryan Petersen will transition into the role of executive chairman as of March 2023. Clark will also join Flexport’s board in September. Clark, who worked at Amazon for more than two decades, brings to Flexport deep expertise in logistics and fulfillment systems. He built Amazon’s warehouse network from only a few facilities to a massive footprint touching almost every corner of the U.S. Clark was also responsible for Amazon’s juggernaut of a transportation arm, which now spans fleets of planes, trucks and delivery vans that are increasingly in house, and less reliant on outside carriers like the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. ONDA TEQUILA SELTZER RECEIVES SIGNIFICANT GROWTH INVESTMENT FROM EXISTING INVESTORS
Onda, a leading brand of tequila seltzer, has received a $12.5 million growth investment led by the company’s existing investors, Aria Growth Partners and beverage industry veteran Clayton Christopher.
