Dear Friends,
I hope this note finds you all enjoying a wonderful summer.
The second quarter was extraordinary for so many members of our family of brands. A stretch of new, milestone raises, headline moments, and new partnerships we’re proud to share below.
We welcomed new members across the family this quarter. On the Luxury & Lifestyle side, we’re honored to welcome the incomparable and famed couturier Tamara Ralph as she expands into ultra-luxury residential and hospitality design.
Under Axcess Ventures, where we invest and build alongside founders, we’re delighted to welcome ICON X, the new yacht-expedition company founded by Micca Ferrero and Alina Oenning in Monaco. We’re also thrilled to have back an old friend, Joseph Caruso, joining the cap table at his company sportFX™ as it scales a breakthrough in human movement intelligence. And to be partnering with our longtime friend Rich Krawiec on his new premium-beverage platform, Encompass Imports & Exports.
And a word of pride, as our own Zach Steinfeld and his team at the Sunflower Network opened the first newly built hospital in Ukraine since the full scale invasion; a pediatric hospital in Brody now serving patients.
You’ll find more on each below, alongside a few wins we’re especially proud of and the headlines our family made this quarter.
As always, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate across any of the brands highlighted here, or anywhere within the broader Axcess family.
Warmly,
Kirk, Zach, and the Axcess Team

Stephen Curry’s $1.7M Sotheby’s Auction
We were proud to have facilitated the introduction with Steph and his team to Sotheby’s. More than 70 pairs of shoes Curry wore during the 2025–26 season sold for a total of $1.7 million at Sotheby’s. Every available lot sold, with more than 400 bidders from nearly 30 countries taking part. Dubbed “The Stephen Curry Collection: My Sneaker Free Agency,” the auction followed the end of his longtime Under Armour deal.
In Curry’s words: “Seeing the response from fans and collectors around the world, and knowing that every pair is now going on to have a life beyond me, is really special.” Most meaningfully, it drove real impact off the court through Eat. Learn. Play. (Read More)

Axcess Luxury & Lifestyle
Tamara Ralph
A fourth-generation couturier and the founder and creative director of her Paris-based maison, Tamara Ralph is one of the defining figures of modern haute couture. In 2014 she became the first British-based designer in nearly a century invited onto the official Paris Haute Couture Week schedule, one of only three female creative directors in the world on it, and today she dresses royalty and the most recognizable women in the world, from Queen Rania of Jordan to Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie, and Jennifer Lopez, with brand collaborations spanning Cartier, Audemars Piguet, and Rolls-Royce.
Now she is extending that couture sensibility into a global luxury lifestyle house, and, with it, into ultra-luxury branded residential and hospitality design.
Axcess is leading the U.S. business development for that expansion. Working hand in hand with Tamara and her team, we’re opening senior developer, owner, and architecture-and-design relationships across the American market to anchor her first U.S. branded residences. (Learn More)

ICON X & ICON Yachts
We’re thrilled to welcome ICON X, a company creating an entirely new category in luxury travel: the yacht expedition company. Founded by Micca Ferrero, owner of ICON Yachts, the Dutch superyacht shipyard, alongside co-founder and CEO Alina Oenning in Monaco, ICON X occupies the white space between the intimacy of a private charter and the reach of a large expedition cruise.
Its purpose-built, polar-capable (PC6) explorer vessels carry just 12–36 guests, with a fully modular cabin layout: interior walls open to create larger suites when the vessel is chartered for fewer than 36 guests, or stay closed as 18 individual cabins for a book-by-the-cabin voyage. Each ship pairs true yacht-level service with genuine expedition capability, a science lab, ice class, submersibles, alternative-fuel propulsion, and access to the very edge of the navigable world, from Arctic fjords to the tropics.
This flexibility lets guests take the whole vessel privately or book by the cabin, positioning ICON X alongside the likes of Aman, Four Seasons, and Orient Express, only at a far more intimate scale. The build is supervised and managed by ICON Yachts, whose engineering team brings rare expertise in polar-capable, yacht-grade vessels, with construction to be delivered through a leading international shipyard.
Axcess is engaged to help bring the flagship 85-metre vessel to life, introducing strategic capital and financing partners and opening the hospitality and affinity relationships that will define the ICON X brand as this new category takes shape. First delivery is targeted for 2029. (Learn More)
SportFX
We’re delighted to welcome back my old friend Joseph Caruso, Founder & CEO of sportFX™, the world’s first-of-its-kind Human Movement Intelligence™ platform. Built on the company’s patented sightFX™ computer-vision technology and a proud member of the NVIDIA Inception Program, sportFX™ turns an ordinary smartphone into a sophisticated biomechanics platform that reconstructs and analyzes human movement in three dimensions, with no wearables, markers, sensors, radar, or expensive laboratory environments. In doing so, it democratizes elite performance analysis once reserved for professional organizations, research laboratories, and Olympic training centers, placing world-class movement intelligence in the hands of the young athletes and families long priced out of these technologies.
More than simply measuring movement, sportFX™ is engineered to understand it, delivering objective biomechanical insight that helps athletes, coaches, and organizations evaluate movement quality, refine mechanics, and inform long-term development and injury-risk decisions. As the first scientifically measured, software-native Human Movement Intelligence™ platform, it replaces specialized hardware with patented computer vision to make elite biomechanics accessible at global scale. More than 10,000 active athletes already use the platform, with scientific validation anchored by the Wake Forest University Pitching Lab and Texas Woman’s University, where internationally recognized golf biomechanist Dr. Young-Hoo Kwon is validating the technology in golf, following its successful deployment in baseball, with additional sports and enterprise applications to come.
Axcess is proud to join sportFX™’s cap table and serve as a strategic advisor alongside an accomplished network of investors, advisors, and operators with deep expertise across professional sports, biomechanics, computer vision, and venture capital. Together, we’re helping accelerate the company’s growth and map its capital raises as this new category takes shape.
Encompass Imports & Exports
Proud to be working with Rich Krawiec, a 30-year beverage veteran who helped build some of the industry’s most recognizable names, taking FIJI Water from its very first case to millions of cases and scaling Justin Wines at a 27% CAGR over a decade, alongside leadership roles with Landmark and Lewis.
His new venture, Encompass Imports & Exports, is a vertically integrated import, export, and distribution platform carrying a premium beverage portfolio across three key geographies, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States. By holding its own licenses and self-distributing, Encompass bypasses the traditional distributor layer to move faster and capture more margin for the brands it represents.
The portfolio spans wine (from Napa’s Ellman, Perliss Estate Vineyard, and Mom’s Juice to Italian Super Tuscans and Brunello), spirits (Mezcal Marqués, Los Osuna, SV Vodka, and Golden Eagle Vodka), and a fast-growing non-alcoholic roster including Coco5, VALR, Riise, VOSS, and Focus Factor RTD. Axcess is helping Rich accelerate distribution and open new channels and accounts, a natural fit alongside our Caribbean and hospitality relationships, while supporting the strategic capital and partnerships that fuel the next stage of growth.

Sunflower Network
This quarter, the Sunflower Network opened a new pediatric hospital in Brody, Ukraine. The first newly built hospital in the country since the start of the war. After three years of work, the ribbon was cut on May 24th, and the facility is now open and serving patients.
Built on the campus of Brody Central City Hospital and operated by its team of more than 300 medical professionals, the hospital will serve over 120,000 patients a year across Western Ukraine. Its modular, trauma-informed design. Developed with partners including Hines, Pelli Clarke & Partners, CannonDesign’s Open Hand Studio, Northwell Health, UCLA Health, and Stanford Health Care, and backed by the Clinton Global Initiative. Dramatically cut delivery time and created a replicable blueprint for rebuilding essential infrastructure in crisis zones anywhere in the world.
This is a cause especially close to our own Zach Steinfeld, and one the entire Axcess family is proud to stand behind. As the Sunflower team put it: “There is no greater act of optimism than to build.” (Learn More)
