As Chief of Staff at Axcess Worldwide, Zach Steinfeld works alongside Founder & CEO Kirk Posmantur at the intersection of business development, partnerships, capital, and platform strategy.
He manages partnership origination, deal execution, and strategic growth across the firm’s core verticals; luxury, hospitality, sport, technology, and energy infrastructure, partnering with founders, operators, and family offices to build brands and platforms, unlock new revenue streams, and scale enterprise value.
Beyond Axcess, Zach is Co-Founder and Director of Development at Sunflower Network, where he raised millions to build the first new hospital in Ukraine since the start of the war, now open and caring for children and families.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with honors and was a National Champion with the Men’s Rowing Team.
Off the clock, Zach is a four-time Ironman finisher training to qualify for the Ironman World Championships in Kona.
